Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales and presence. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our e-commerce strategy, as well as improving overall website performance and customer experience. You will be handling all aspects of our online business, from marketing and product promotions to inventory management and customer service. The ideal candidate is experienced in e-commerce platforms, possesses strong analytical skills, and understands the latest industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and profitability
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce website, ensuring maximum visibility, user-friendly navigation, and a seamless customer experience
- Analyze website performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to increase conversion rates, traffic, and average order value
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid advertisements, email marketing, and social media initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance the company's competitive edge
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management to ensure accurate representation and availability of products at all times
- Implement and manage payment gateways, security protocols, and fraud prevention measures to ensure secure online transactions
- Generate and analyze sales reports and other key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and overall e-commerce strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies, making recommendations for advancements and improvements to e-commerce operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Proficient in inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Knowledge of website management, UX/UI best practices, and website development processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
