ERP Implementer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementer to join our team. The Implementer will be responsible for managing the implementation of the ERP system for our clients. This includes gathering requirements, configuring the system, integrating with third-party applications, and providing end-user training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Odoo implementation and a passion for helping organizations streamline their business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and workflows
• Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system to meet client requirements
• Develop integrations between Odoo and other software applications as needed
• Create and deliver comprehensive end-user training materials and sessions
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users
• Document all implementation processes and configurations
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Odoo features and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience implementing and configuring Odoo ERP software
• Demonstrated expertise in Odoo modules such as Accounting, Inventory, CRM, and Project Management
• Proficient in Odoo development using Python, XML, and JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience working with clients from diverse industries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
