Job Summary:

As a Data Scientist at Ashewa Technology Solutions S.C., you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and innovation. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to extract valuable insights from large datasets and develop predictive models.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Data Analysis:

• Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
• Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.

●    Machine Learning:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems.
• Select appropriate algorithms and techniques based on problem requirements.
• Evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments.

●    Predictive Modeling:

• Build predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
• Validate and refine models using appropriate evaluation metrics.

●    Data-Driven Insights:

• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and drive decision-making.

●    Technical Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
