Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer with expertise in Odoo applications, Apache Superset, and AI-driven data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating and visualizing data from our Odoo ERP system, developing insightful dashboards, and applying machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Integration Visualization:

•   Connect Apache Superset to Odoo databases and establish efficient data pipelines.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance and operational efficiency.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure fast and reliable data access.

2. Data Analysis:

•   Analyze large datasets from Odoo applications to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for business evaluation.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate actionable business insights.

3. AI Machine Learning:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to predict business outcomes and enhance decision-making processes.
• Experiment with various algorithms and techniques to improve data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.

4. Documentation Reporting:

•   Document data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes for transparency and reproducibility.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and visualizations.

5. Continuous Improvement:

•   Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics, BI, and AI.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience with Odoo applications and PostgreSQL database management.
• Strong proficiency in Apache Superset or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for data storage and processing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
