Job Summary:

As an AI Solutions Specialist at Ashewa Technology Solutions S.C., you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, integration and implementation of innovative AI solutions. You will work closely with our team of data scientists, product teams, developers, and business analysts to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

●    AI Solution Design:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify potential AI applications.
• Research, Design and develop AI-powered solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and computer vision algorithms.
• Evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of AI solutions based on technical and business requirements.

●    Data Analysis:

• Collect, clean, and prepare data for AI modeling.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform AI solution development.

●    AI Model Development:

• Train and deploy machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and tools.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI models to improve their performance and accuracy.

●    AI Integration:

• Integrate AI solutions into existing software systems and applications.
• Ensure seamless integration and compatibility with other technologies.

●    AI Project Management:

• Manage AI projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

●    Technical Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Provide technical support and innovation for integration with our existing solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, opensources softwares mainly wp and odoo.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g digitalO, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of specific AI applications ( computer vision, natural language processing, predictive analytics).
• Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
